Use of Aircraft:

1. The use of the aircraft is solely for private transportation purposes such as family, business, and pleasure travel. So, its use for commercial or cargo activity of any kind will be prohibited.

2. The private aircraft services include airport, fuel and crew fees, premium minibar, and snacks. This service must be chosen in advance by the passenger to be delivered as requested.

3. The maximum occupation of the aircraft is for 7 (seven) passengers for the Citation Jet 550 and 8 (eight) passengers for the Citation Jet 650. Each passenger is allowed 1 (one) 25lb. bag as well as one small carry-on.

4. The passenger must pay to Fancy Flights Los Cabos. a deposit in the amount of 50% of the cost of the trip to guarantee the private aircraft service. The remaining balance shall be paid in full 48 hours before passengers boarding at the latest. Depending on the destination, Fancy Flights Los Cabos may request from the passenger an amount greater than the 50% deposit in case it is necessary to cover the trip expenses in advance like fuel, handling, and overflight permits to guarantee the normal flight operation.

5. The passenger agrees to use and fly in the aircraft at his/her own risk and responsibility, as well as his/her companions. The passenger and his/her companions confirm that they have medical insurance, so they will be responsible for their hospital expenses in case of an accident at the airport ramp or FBO facilities. The passenger is insured once aboard the aircraft.

6. The passenger and his/her companions will comply with all the instructions and safety measures that the Captain and/or First Officer will indicate at any time, whether onboard the aircraft on the ground and/or on flight otherwise if the crew instructions are not followed the passenger shall not held responsible for any liability to Fancy Flights Los Cabos in the event of an accident suffered on board of the aircraft, airport ramp of FBO facilities. Hence, the passenger waives its right to exercise any legal action against Fancy Flights Los Cabos, its partners, the crew, administrators and workers.

7. It is forbidden for the passenger and/or his/her companions: a) throw sanitary paper or towels inside the toilet; b) carry out risky activities or activities that endanger their physical integrity or life, mentioning, but not limited to, the following examples: c) stand up while the aircraft is in the taxi, take off, landing phase or in conditions of turbulence; d) Make use of the electronic and entertainment equipment of the aircraft without respecting the limits and/or instructions indicated by the crew; e) abuse in alcohol consumption; f) possession and use of weapons, drugs or illegal substances on board the aircraft.

8. The passenger will immediately reimburse Fancy Flights Los Cabos the cost, if he/she and/or his/her companions incur any of the following behaviors:

a) Damage the electronic and entertainment equipment for not respecting the limitations and correct operation of said items, indicated by the crew;

b) Burn or irreparably stain the seats, furniture, floor, and/or interior carpet of the aircraft;

c) Damaging the function of the discharge valve of the aircraft toilet by throwing paper, feminine sanitary towels, or any object inside the toilet;

d) The total loss of furniture and/or towels.

The Passengers hereby acknowledge and affirm their understanding and agreement to comply fully with all applicable immigration, customs, and other regulatory requirements related to their travel under this Agreement. This compliance includes but is not limited to, the responsibility for obtaining all necessary travel documents, visas, and permits, and complying with all laws, regulations, orders, and demands of all immigration and customs authorities from the point of departure, during the flight, and at the destination. The Passengers understand that failure to adhere to these regulations may result in denial of boarding, entry, or legal action. The Service assumes no responsibility or liability for the Passengers' failure to comply with these obligations.

Cancellation policies:

To cancel the private aircraft service, the passenger must do so by notifying Fancy Flights Los Cabos at least 48 hours or more before the time for which the service was requested, in this case, Fancy Flights Los Cabos, will charge the passenger USD 1,750. Cancellation notice less than 48 hours before the time for which the service was requested, in this case, Fancy Flights Los Cabos will charge the passenger USD 2,750
The notice to Fancy Flights Los Cabos must be made in writing to the following email: bookings@fancyflights.us
If on-ground waiting (24 hours) is requested by the passenger, Fancy Flights Los Cabos will charge the passenger USD 2,750 per day for the Citation Jet 550 and USD 3,500 for the Citation Jet 650 per day on the ground.
If the flight is interrupted due to weather, traffic, maintenance, etc. we will try our best to reschedule, if not possible then we will refund in full.
